Mr. Preston Harris Starkie of 395 Warren Chapel Church Road Chocowinity NC died Saturday April 20, 2024, at Greenville Ecu Health.

Graveside services will be at 12:00pm Saturday April 27, 2024, at Pamlico Memorial Gardens 161 Avon Ave, Washington, NC.

Public visitation will be Friday April 26, 2024, from 4:00pm-6:00pm at L.R. Memorial Chapel 208 W.MLK Jr. Dr. Washington, NC.
